The departure point is the Place d’Ycoor, in front of the casino. A sign shows you which way to go. This will take you past the Tourist Office, then go up the steps that lead to the church. You can now follow the road (Route des Arolles) to the next sign, which tells you to turn right towards the forest.
Take a few nuts with you, and there you are!
