Lying down comfortably, after a guided breathing session, the sounds and vibrations envelop the body and deeply calm the mind.

Yoga & Sound Bath Combo

The session begins with a personalized yoga practice (gentle or dynamic) to awaken the body and breath.
Gradually, the singing bowls enter the practice, then take center stage in the final sound bath.
