Built on more than twenty years of practice, it combines kickboxing, boxing and MMA within a modern framework focused on technical efficiency and movement precision.

Training Formats

Private Lessons (90-minute sessions)

Private lessons can be booked individually or through the WMA learning pathway.

Initiation Program – 5 Sessions

Designed for beginners, this first stage introduces the fundamental principles of the WMA method.

  • Build essential technical foundations

  • Improve movement quality

  • Understand the principles of striking, defense and positioning

Foundation Program – 15 Sessions

A complete and progressive curriculum designed to build autonomy.

  • Develop technical competence

  • Improve physical conditioning

  • Build self-confidence

  • Acquire practical self-defense skills

Upon completion of the Foundation Program, students can continue their development through group classes or ongoing private coaching.

Mastery Program – Individual Sessions

Designed for students who have completed the Foundation Program or possess prior experience.

  • Refine technical, tactical and strategic skills

  • Improve precision and efficiency of movement

  • Pursue long-term development within the WMA method

Group Classes (90-minute sessions)

Group classes run throughout the year.

  • Refine technique

  • Improve physical conditioning

  • Continue progressing within the WMA method

Workshops
