Access to the Wildstrubel Hut by an easy hike from the Plaine Morte funitel, approx. 1 h 30 min.
In spring, access to the hut is usually by ski touring.
There are no marked winter routes.

Avalanche safety equipment (transceiver, shovel and probe)
Good navigation skills in alpine terrain
Tour planning adapted to weather and avalanche conditions
Routes lead through alpine terrain and require experience in ski touring and good judgment of the conditions.
Access to the hut follows alpine hiking and mountain trails.
