The dishes are homemade, with produce sourced as much as possible from local markets and producers, and grown in a sustainable way. Cuisine evolves with the seasons, with the aim of regularly bringing you new flavours. When the weather is fine, the sunny terrace offers a stunning panoramic view over the surrounding alpine landscape.
