Lens, Vaas
Dive into a magical night where art and history blend to create an unforgettable experience at the Museum Night. Three museums – Le Grand Lens Museum, the Fondation Opale, and the Château de Vaas – open their doors to welcome you into a world of wonder and discovery.
A region through time
Inside a 19th-century house, tools and objects bring back memories of old customs, the village's last shoemaker's workshop, a prominent local family and famous visitors to Lens including Albert Muret, Charles-F. Ramuz, Igor Stravinsky and René Auberjonois.
As winter approaches, immerse yourself in a mysterious atmosphere of storytelling and traditional blacksmithing.
