Fête de la Gruyère

It is with great joy that the Fête de la Gruyère returns once again! Since the beginning of this beautiful adventure – a success at every edition – the entire Gruyère region and its local products travel to Crans-Montana and Valais to share their rich culture with visitors.

Thursday, August 14:

• From 17:30: Opening of the bar and Chalet soup by Ruedi & Ralph
• Entertainment: Fabien Crausaz (soloist from the Fête des Vignerons) and DJ Fisch & Bouboule

Friday, August 15:

The Benichon feast takes center stage. Whether you're with friends, family, colleagues, or clients – dive into the authentic spirit of this traditional menu.

• From 11:30: Benichon aperitif and meal with live music by Fabien Crausaz and DJ Fisch & Bouboule, held on Rue Centrale
• CHF 150 per person – individual or full table (8 people) booking
• Limited seats – reservation required
• 17:00 to midnight: Raclette party – open to everyone

Saturday, August 16:

• From 9:00: Artisan market
• From 11:00: Fondue, smoked ham, Gruyère double cream & meringues
• From 11:00: Traditional festivities, parade with bell ringers, alphorns, armaillis, Fabien Crausaz (soloist from the Fête des Vignerons), DJ, and more
