Crans-Montana is getting ready to host one of Switzerland’s biggest sporting events: the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships, from 1 to 14 February 2027. To help make the event a success, the organising committee is looking for 1,500 enthusiastic volunteers ready to join Team27.
From welcoming guests to supporting the finish area infrastructure, as well as safety, timing or slope preparation, the required skills vary and offer everyone the opportunity to find a role that suits them.
Joining Team27 means experiencing the Championships from the inside, meeting passionate people from around the world and playing an active part in a landmark event for the destination. Volunteers will enjoy an attractive package, training opportunities, hot meals, an exclusive entertainment programme and an official volunteering certificate.
To maximise your chances of being selected, it is recommended that you are available for the full two weeks of competition, have accommodation in the region, speak French or English, and register before 30 April 2026.
