The 23-year-old grew up in Crans-Montana before heading to the United States to pursue her studies in sport. She is a member of the Crans-sur-Sierre Golf Club, and is a three-time Swiss amateur champion, as well as three-time winner of the Olivier Barras Memorial and 3rd in the amateur women's rankings in the prestigious NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association), and in 2022 was nominated for the NCAA title of Sportswoman of the Year.
In January 2023, Tiffany Arafi obtained a permanent card for the prestigious Ladies European Tour and thus began her professional career. Her main goal is to represent Switzerland at the Olympic Games in Paris in 2024, or Los Angeles in 2028.
With three top-quality courses, a prestigious club, an indoor centre which is open all year round, a Golf Academy for all ages and levels, as well as being the host of one of the most prestigious tournaments on the DP World Tour, the Omega European Masters, every year, golf is undeniably one of Crans-Montana's star attractions. These are all good reasons to start working with an established player from the region: "We're very proud to be able to support an athlete as talented and hard-working as Tiffany Arafi. Golf is one of the central pillars of our strategy and positioning. With the Omega European Masters, and now Tiffany Arafi as our ambassador, we have two extraordinary showcases to bring golf to the fore in Crans-Montana", explains Grégoire Matthey, Head of Marketing and Events at Crans-Montana Tourism & Congress.
