Déli’Cima: Crans-Montana’s new gastronomic event

On 20 September 2026, Crans-Montana will host the first edition of Déli’Cima, a day entirely dedicated to gastronomy and local expertise.

Déli’Cima will bring together six of the destination’s leading chefs: Franck Reynaud, Yannick Crepaux, Sylvain Stefanazzi Ogi, Félicien Christe, Emiliano Vignoni and Jhonny Setjo.

Together, they will present a unique menu, specially created for the occasion and inspired by our mountain plants. As the meal progresses, each chef will unveil their creations and their culinary vision, allowing guests to discover different culinary styles within a single experience.

The event will also showcase food and wine pairings, through a selection of regional wines designed to bring out the best in the various dishes on offer.

As well as the tasting, Déli’Cima will offer participants the chance to see the chefs in action, and immerse themselves in their world and chat with them.

Enhanced by an elegant setting, L'Orangerie and its large glass arcade will provide a light-filled setting perfect for conversation, whilst a carefully curated artistic programme will accompany the different events throughout the day.

Outside, a lounge on the banks of Ycoor Lake will invite guests to continue the experience in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
