On 17 June 2025, the Swiss Location Awards® crowned the most beautiful and best places in Switzerland that are ideal for organising events and/or offering unique experiences, and Crans-Montana shone brilliantly in this edition. With 75,021 evaluations received, this event, the most prestigious quality label in the Swiss event industry, surpassed the figures of the previous year.
The nominated locations were evaluated from 1 to 31 May by organisers, visitors, and an independent jury based on various rigorous criteria. Only places that achieved a minimum score of 7.7 were distinguished in one of the 11 prize categories, with 1,476 locations rewarded this year.
Crans-Montana stands out particularly with 10 places awarded in various categories:
Exceptional Establishments (9+ points)
Excellent Establishments (8+ points)
These distinctions highlight the excellence and diversity of the event and culinary offerings in our region. The Chetzeron Hotel stands out particularly with an exceptional score of 9.3 in the wedding venues category. Similarly, LeCrans Hôtel & Spa earned a distinguished 9.1 in the culinary category.
It’s also worth highlighting that the Le Régent Congress Centre was the only venue of its kind in Valais to receive this prestigious recognition.
