11 restaurants on the Haut-Plateau featured in the Gault&Millau 2026 guide

6 October 2025

The culinary scene in Crans-Montana continues to shine: 11 establishments appear in the 2026 edition of the Gault&Millau, with a total of 156 points across the Haut-Plateau. A fine recognition of the chefs and their teams, whose passion brings the region’s gastronomy to life throughout the seasons.

L'Ours, led by chef Franck Reynaud, has been named the best restaurant in Valais, as it is the only establishment in the canton to receive 18 points.

Two new addresses have joined the list this year. La Maison Crans Montana, set in a 19th-century house overlooking the golf course, offers an elegant brasserie concept by the team behind Geneva’s Arakel. Honest, refined cuisine served in a bright and welcoming setting.
Just a few steps away, Le Partage celebrates the Italian art of sharing under the guidance of chef Gioele Marzola, with a generous menu curated by Franck Reynaud. A place where creativity, flavour and authenticity meet.
