Crans-Montana offers a wide range of winter activities for families, couples and friends. Whatever your interests, the resort offers the perfect balance between energetic activities and relaxation: sport, walks, moments of calm or gourmet discoveries. Each day offers a new experience, accessible to everyone, so you can enjoy the Alpine winter to the full. Are you the type who wants to do everything? Follow this guide to organise a varied and well-paced week.
Get up early to catch the first ski lifts and try the ‘First Tracks’ experience: you'll be among the first to leave your mark on the pristine snow and enjoy breakfast on the peaks.
For a different experience, you can also take part in the sunrise activity: get up even earlier to admire the first light of day from the heights, before the skiers arrive on the slopes.
The variety of perfectly maintained slopes are suitable for beginners and experienced skiers alike. After a morning of skiing, treat yourself to a well-deserved break with a hot chocolate on the slopes. Make the moment last even longer by enjoying a delicious meal in one of the many restaurants on the slopes, where breathtaking views of the mountains adds a touch of magic to your break.

Looking for something new? Head to the Crans-Montana Ski Rando Park, a unique area dedicated to ski touring, with trails suitable for all levels, from family routes to more technical trails for experienced athletes. If you don't have your own equipment yet, there are plenty of shops and sports stores in the resort offering equipment hire, ideal for a hassle-free introduction to the sport.
Be tempted by a climb at your own pace through snow-covered forests, then enjoy a well-deserved break: a picnic in the countryside or a meal in one of the mountain restaurants dotted along the routes.
And because the magic of snow doesn't just stop at sunset, why not end the day with a night-time snowshoe walk. Head to the Colombire hamlet for a warm and friendly evening: traditional fondue and sledging in an unforgettable mountain atmosphere.

The ice rink and Snow Island offer wonderful moments to share with the family. From gliding on ice to laughing and experiencing snow for the first time, there is something for everyone, whatever their age. With the Step One Pass, from CHF 10/day, children aged 3 and over can enjoy access to Snow Island (on the Severiano Ballesteros golf course), the Arnouva snow garden, the resort's magic carpets and ski lifts for beginners, and the Ycoor ice rink. It's the ideal way to get started in winter sports.
And to extend the day, head to the festive atmosphere of the Ice Discos, where music and lights transform the ice rink into a frosted dance floor.

After a few active days, treat yourself to a moment of pampering. Start the day with a leisurely stroll around the resort: wander through the streets, browsing in the shops or enjoy a coffee on a terrace looking out over the mountains. In the afternoon, it's time to relax. Crans-Montana is full of wellbeing facilities, from hotel spas open to the public to centres dedicated to relaxation. Heated pools, saunas, steam rooms and massages... and for those who want to make the serenity last even longer, many establishments also offer yoga and Pilates classes, which are ideal for relaxing body and mind. Each venue has its own unique atmosphere, always with the snow-capped peaks as a backdrop, providing a perfect break to recharge your batteries before continuing your holiday.

Discover cross-country skiing on Crans-Montana's 20 km of carefully prepared trails. This activity, accessible to everyone, combines gentle exercise with contemplation. Glide at your own pace through a variety of natural landscapes: through the forest, in the heart of the resort or on the sun-drenched golf course plateau.
And for a truly unique experience, head up to the Plaine Morte glacier at an altitude of 3,000 metres. The 360° view of the snow-capped peaks and skiing on the glacier provide a feeling of absolute freedom.

Enjoy a unique experience with your first dog sled ride. Sit back comfortably in the sled and let yourself be guided by a passionate musher who will share their love of dogs and nature with you. Immerse yourself in the magnificent alpine scenery for a magical, timeless experience.

To round off the week, or if you happen to have a day of bad weather during your holiday, head to the Crans Montana Sports Center. Climbing, padel, tennis, badminton, pickleball: there's something for everyone, whatever you feel like doing on the day. It's the ideal place to try a new sport, get some exercise or simply have fun with family or friends in modern facilities in the heart of the resort.
In the evening, it's time for the magic of the Lantern Path. At nightfall, the path is illuminated and transforms into a fairy-tale trail. Children can take part in the treasure hunt, while adults enjoy the enchanting atmosphere. On certain evenings, shows bring the trail to life, creating a warm and magical moment.

A week in Crans-Montana is an opportunity to reconnect with nature, to allow yourself to be surprised, and to savour the simple pleasures of moments well spent. Everyone can find their own pace and adventure here: gliding down the slopes, sampling local specialities or simply enjoying the tranquillity of the snow-covered landscapes.
And for those who like to explore in a different way, the ski schools offer a wide range of activities: snowshoe walks, cross-country skiing, ski touring and freeriding... So many experiences to explore the mountains in a new light, at your own pace and in complete safety.
