Second place at the Raclette World Championships

The very first Raclette World Championships were held just over a month ago.  A panel of judges, made up of professionals from the world of cheese and gastronomy, as well as consumers, was tasked with judging the cheeses in the competition. Their task was to elect the best cheese from no fewer than 87 cheeses from 7 different countries.

On the day, the raclette cheese from the Er de Lens (Revouire Farm) stood out, finishing in second place.
