The resort’s prestigious awards, which include a total of 142 Gault&Millau points and 2 Michelin stars, show that it has truly established itself as a centre of culinary excellence. All these establishments, Michelin star chefs and unique atmospheres contribute to enhancing the resort's gastronomic offerings and consolidate its status as a key destination in the Swiss Alps.
This winter, La Ferme Saint-Amour opens its doors in Crans-Montana, after winning over renowned destinations such as Courchevel and Megève. Led by three Michelin star chef Éric Frechon and the Annie Famose Group, this restaurant showcases refined winter cuisine, focusing on quality local produce, which is accompanied by a selection of exceptional wines and creative cocktails. There’ll also be a festive atmosphere, with DJs and live artists to entertain you on your evenings out in a chic, lively Alpine setting.
Gueuleton, one of the most convivial places to eat, is coming to Crans-Montana after winning over gourmets across France in its 22 establishments in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Toulouse and many others. This haven for ‘bon vivants’ offers tasty home cooking inspired by the seasons, where those who love exceptional meats, cheeses matured to perfection and artisan charcuterie will be delighted. The perfect accompaniment to carefully selected wines, wood fire grills, artisan breads and a warm, festive atmosphere make every meal a unique experience. Having just opened in Geneva, Crans-Montana is the latest location for Gueuleton in Switzerland offering a gourmet and convivial experience.
The Madriz Bistro opened its doors this year in a charming location near Lake Grenon and the giant CRANS MONTANA letters. This Spanish restaurant offers authentic cuisine with a Mediterranean flavour, such as croquetas, tortillas, paella and other Spanish specialities, and invites you on a culinary journey. Head chef Jhonny Setjo showcases his expertise in this new culinary adventure.
La Maison Crans-Montana, opposite the starting point of the famous Severiano Ballesteros golf course, offers breathtaking views and refined bistronomic cuisine. Headed by Michelin-star chef Quentin Philippe, the restaurant serves creative Mediterranean dishes made with fresh, high-quality produce.
