Fête de la Gruyère

It is with great joy that the Fête de la Gruyère returns once again! Since the beginning of this beautiful adventure – a success at every edition – the entire Gruyère region and its local products travel to Crans-Montana and Valais to share their rich culture with visitors.

Thursday, 13 August:

• From 17:30: Opening of the bar
• 17:30-22:00: Chalet soup
• La Borne ham, double cream and meringues from Gruyère
• Entertainment: Fabien Crausaz (soloist from the Fête des Vignerons) and DJ Fisch & Bouboule

Friday, 14 August:

The Benichon feast takes center stage. Whether you're with friends, family, colleagues, or clients – dive into the authentic spirit of this traditional menu. We will pay tribute to the emergency services following the events of 1 January.

Coming up: Fabien Crausaz, soloist at the Fête des Vignerons, and Les Ténors de la Févigne, contestants on The Voice on TF1.

• From 11:30: Benichon aperitif and meal in Rue Centrale
• CHF 150 per person – full table (8 people) booking
• Limited seats – reservation required
• 18:00 to midnight: Raclette party – open to everyone

Saturday, 15 August:

• From 11:00: Fondue, la Borne ham, Gruyère double cream & meringues
• From 11:00: Traditional festivities, parade with bell ringers, alphorns, armaillis, Fabien Crausaz (soloist from the Fête des Vignerons), DJ, and more
