Leitmotiv/aims
My aim is to use my savoir-faire, my knowledge and my sense of creation to provide pleasure. Through my actions in Switzerland and abroad, I would like to promote the gourmet aspect of Crans-Montana and the region.

This Franco-Swiss chef, in charge of the gastronomic restaurant at the Michelin starred Hostellerie du Pas de l’Ours, and also guardian of the Cabane des Violettes with the guide Pierre-Olivier Bagnoud, Frank Reynaud doesn’t need an introduction in the gastronomic world. A fervant supporter of his adoptive homeland, as well as its craftsmen, passionate about their profession and their produce, Frank likes to sublimate nature’s produce and create sensations with his refined cuisine. There is noone better to represent the very rich gastronomic side of Crans-Montana and the region.
