Franck Reynaud

Cuisine and gastronomy

Franck Reynaud is a Franco-Swiss chef who needs no introduction in the world of gastronomy. He is at the head of the Michelin starred gastronomic restaurant at the Hostellerie du Pas-de-l’Ours, the restaurant Le Partage at the Aïda Hôtel & Spa and guardian of the Cabane des Violettes, with the guide Pierre-Olivier Bagnoud. Franck is a fervent defender of the region he has adopted and all the local artisans who are passionate about their work, and he likes to refine natural produce and create sensations through his sophisticated cuisine. In this way, he represents the rich gastronomic side of Crans-Montana and the region in the best possible way.
