The village of Bluche is located in the middle of a plateau with lots of clearings, ideally suited to raising cattle, and just below the resort of Crans-Montana. Home to the prestigious "Les Roches" hospitality school, Bluche experienced a major boom in the early 2000s, and is now home to several restaurants, as well as the traditional Auberge du Petit Paradis.
