Le Studio offers year-round classes for children from the age of 4 as well as adults. Classes are tailored to each level, providing an enjoyable and inspiring way to progress. In this welcoming space for sharing and discovery, Julie passes on her passion for dance while respecting each individual body. She supports every student with an approach adapted to their physique, abilities and range of movement.
Eveil (Dance discovery - ages 4-5)
A playful and creative introduction to movement, helping children discover their bodies, develop an ear for music and explore movement and positioning in space.
Initiation (Introduction to dance - age 6)
This introductory class gives children the chance to explore and begin developing the foundations of different dance techniques, including ballet, jazz and contemporary, while encouraging free and creative movement.
Préparatoire (Preparatory - age 7)
This class is specially designed to introduce young dancers to the essential techniques and foundations of jazz or ballet.
Danse Classique (Ballet - from age 8 | adults)
Ballet helps refine posture, poise and quality of movement. As the foundation of many dance styles, it develops precision and discipline while improving alignment, flexibility, balance, mobility, stamina and grace.
🆕 Pointe (from age 12)
Pointe work builds on ballet training and develops strength, balance, precision and lightness. It requires a solid command of the technical foundations, along with careful guidance so that each dancer can progress safely and with respect for their body.
Modern jazz (from age 8 | adults)
With rhythms that capture the speed and energy of modern life, modern jazz offers a vibrant way to move and express emotion while drawing on the foundations of ballet.
Danse expression (Dance improvisation - from age 10 | adults)
Improvisation classes create space for creative exploration and spontaneous, unrestricted movement, while encouraging dancers to interpret different emotions and qualities of movement.
🆕 Hip-hop (from age 12)
Hip-hop is a dynamic, rhythmic dance style that develops coordination, musicality and energy. Through a variety of styles and choreography, students learn to master new movements while expressing their personality and finding their own way of dancing.
Broadway jazz (ages 12-16)
This class combines jazz dance with theatrical expression, inspired by the world of musical theatre. Students work on style, musicality and stage presence through lively, expressive choreography.
Cabaret / Music hall (from age 17 | adults)
Drawing on the foundations of jazz dance, cabaret classes focus on elegance, femininity and grace, as well as artistic expression and stage presence.
Barre à terre (Floor barre - adults only)
These floor-based classes feature a series of exercises inspired by classical ballet technique. They are designed to strengthen and stretch the muscles while improving flexibility, coordination and body awareness.
Fit Ballet (adults only)
This unique combination of fitness and ballet is designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture and coordination through exercises inspired by classical ballet movements.
Mobility & stretching (adults only)
This gentle form of exercise helps maintain joint mobility through simple, flowing movements, while also improving posture through strengthening and core stability exercises.
Renforcement (Strength & toning - adults only)
This class is divided into two parts: a cardio session followed by muscle-strengthening exercises.
