The Haut-Plateau is recognised by Gault & Millau 2022

Crans-Montana confirms its reputation of gastronomic destination, as Gault & Millau 2022 recognises two new restaurants: FIVE Restaurant at Guarda Golf Hôtel & Résidences was awarded 14 points and La Muña at Crans Ambassador hotel 13 points. In addition, Franck Reynaud's Le Bistrot des Ours and Stéphane Colliet's Le XIX gained one point this year.

 

The Haut-Plateau region has no less than eight Gault & Millau reated restaurants, namely:
