Located above the village of Randogne (Valais, Switzerland), at an altitude of 1,300 metres, on the right bank of the Rhône, just below the resort of Crans-Montana, we are farmers, alpacists and cheese-makers from father to son.
We use our cows' milk to make a range of traditional Valais products: Valais PDO raclette cheese, tomme, "vieux" cheese, milk jam and other farmhouse products, depending on the season.
All our farmhouse products come from the Valais region and are made, matured and sold directly from the farm and in various shops in the region.
