SMS Bike School is a biking school located in Crans-Montana since 2006.
Our mountain biking programs cater to all levels, from beginner to expert, for both children and adults. Lessons are tailored to each participant's skill level, taking into account both technical abilities and endurance. Different routes or tours are offered depending on these factors and the duration of the lesson. The curriculum includes techniques, obstacle crossing, body positioning, pedaling, gear shifting, braking, and more, all set against a backdrop of stunning scenery and scenic trails.
Lessons are available with or without equipment, including bikes and helmets.

PRIVATE MTB LESSONS AND MOUNTAIN BIKE TOURS, 1 to 4 people:
Rate per hour: CHF 70 per person (instructor only) or from CHF 80 per person (instructor + mountain bike + helmet).
Additional person: CHF 10.- and CHF 30.- respectively (instructor with bike and helmet).
Pack of 3.0 hours : CHF 195.-/pers.(instructor only) or from CHF 215.-/pax (instructor + bike + helmet).
Additional person: CHF 30.- and CHF 85.- respectively (instructor with bike and helmet).
Pack of 5.0 hours : CHF 310.-/pers.(instructor only) or from CHF 330.-/pax (instructor + bike + helmet).
Additional person: CHF 50.- and CHF 95.- respectively (instructor with bike and helmet).
PRIVATE LESSONS ? TRANSITION FROM 4 TO 2 WHEELS FOR YOUNG CHILDREN
1-hour session : CHF 65.- (1 pax) instructor only, or CHF 70.- (1 pax) instructor + bike + helmet.
PRO-SUPERVISION / ENDURANCE COACHING - TRAINING METHOD FOR MTB, ROAD OR ENDURO
Rate per hour: CHF 100.- (1 person) instructor only and CHF 30.- per additional person.
