On 5 December 2026, the 1000 Lights Run comes to Crans-Montana for a sparkling celebration of sport, fun and togetherness in the heart of the resort!
Whether you're a seasoned runner, an occasional jogger or simply someone who enjoys a good walk, get ready for a magical evening surrounded by breathtaking Alpine scenery. With no timing and no pressure to perform, everyone can take part at their own pace, running or walking alongside friends, family or colleagues. It's all about enjoying the moment together.
For its first Alpine edition, the route will wind through the heart of Crans-Montana, illuminated by hundreds of twinkling lights. And to make the evening even more magical, everyone is encouraged to join in the fun! Fairy lights, head torches, glowing accessories and colourful fancy dress are all welcome. There'll even be a competition to reward the most creative and dazzling outfits.
Fun for all ages! Younger participants can enjoy an 800-metre route, while adults can take on a minimum of 5 kilometres, with the freedom to keep going for as long as they like.
