The Moubra sports centre is now called the Crans Montana Sports Center. After a few weeks of renovations, it is now open for business, offering an enhanced range of sports activities that are sure to be popular with visitors to Crans-Montana.
The long-awaited creation of three padel courts is the main brand-new feature and this very popular racquet sport, which is constantly increasing in popularity, will undoubtedly be a hit with guests. Crans-Montana is pioneering this new activity as it is only the second indoor padel infrastructure in Valais.
Players will be able to enjoy the sport all year round, on courts that meet World Padel Tour standards.
The Crans Montana Sports Center has also renovated two indoor tennis courts, which now offer a state-of-the-art surface. These are in addition to the six outdoor clay courts.
Facilities at the Crans Montana Sports Center also include a 500 m2 indoor climbing wall with around 60 routes, and a 150 m2 bouldering area with around 70 routes. There is also a children's area.
There are also facilities for badminton, billiards and table tennis.
There is an open day with free introductory sessions on Saturday 16 December 2023.
The centre is open every day from 8.30 to 22.00. The climbing wall is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 14.00 to 21.00.
