What are the festival opening times?
The festival will take place from Thursday 9 July until Sunday 12 July, from 10.00 to 18.00.

Is there a charge for the festival?
Access to the festival is entirely free and open to all, as are the activities, shows and workshops.

The food and drink stalls in the Yummy area are subject to a charge and accept payment by bank card and Twint only.

Where can I book my ticket?
There is no need to book. Whether it’s for a show, a workshop or a table in the food court, you can access all areas without booking in advance.

Accessibility: Reserved spaces for people with reduced mobility are available in front of the main stage. Booking is required. You can find all the information on our Accessibility page, in the «Adapted areas and services» section.

Where does the festival take place?
The festival takes place in and around the Ycoor Plaza in the heart of Crans-Montana.
An information point located in the Ycoor Plaza will provide you with all the necessary information and a map to help you find your way around.

Is the festival accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The festival site, shows and some of the activities are accessible for people with reduced mobility. We are continuing our efforts to gradually adapt our events and offer an even more inclusive experience.

Is it possible to access the festival with a pushchair?
Families can easily access the festival with pushchairs too. Everyone is welcome at Am Stram Gram, and there are also activities for little ones.

Where can I park?
There are several car parks available in the resort. The nearest are the Stephani and Victoria car parks.

How to get to Crans-Montana

Where can I stay in Crans-Montana?
In the middle of nature, in a mountain pasture, in the heart of the vineyards, on the edge of a lake, on a 2,000 metre high summit or in the centre of the resort, visitors have an opportunity to discover all these exceptional places, staying in original and welcoming accommodation. Can I eat at the festival?
There will be several food and drink stalls where you can enjoy local, healthy food. Crans-Montana also has lots of different restaurants.

Warning!
Am Stram Gram is a No Cash festival. The stands accept credit card and Twint, but do not accept payment by cash.

How do the reusable cups and plates work?
All tableware is reusable. A CHF 2.- deposit applies to glasses.
A special area for returning tableware has been set up in the Espace Miam (food and drink area), whilst recycling points are located throughout the site to facilitate waste collection and recycling.

Is it possible to enter the festival with a water bottle?
Yes, of course! You can refill your water bottle at various points around the festival site.

Are there toilets at the festival?
There are public toilets in the Ycoor building, in the Yummy area and in the Jobs area

Is there a changing area for children?
A changing room in the Ycoor building is dedicated to children for getting changed.

Is there a cloakroom for my things?
No, there is no cloakroom for visitors.

Who can I contact if I lose something during the festival?
The information stand at Ycoor will store items lost during the festival. At the end of the festival, the items will be given to the Tourist Office or to the police, depending on the value of the items.

Can I bring my pet to the festival?
For their well-being, and for the safety of everyone present, we strongly discourage bringing pets into the festival grounds.

How should I dress for the festival?
We suggest that you dress appropriately for the weather on the day, and above all that you protect yourself from the sun, as shade is not always available in all areas.

Am I allowed to swim in the Ycoor lake?
Swimming is forbidden in the Ycoor lake, as there are activities on the lake.

What should I do if I have a health issue at the festival?
The Samaritans first aid are present on site, their office is located in the changing rooms of the Café d’Ycoor.
