The Corbyre mountain pasture, located above Crans-Montana, covers 66 hectares. The 110 cows graze the pasture between Arnouva (1650m) and the Merbé restaurant (1950m) for over 100 days. Renowned for the quality of its wrestlers, the farm also produces cheese, tomme and serac. The owners of the cattle come mainly from Chermignon and Lens, but there are also alpants from Loye, Grimisuat, Crans-Montana, etc.
