Fine dining takes centre stage in Crans-Montana. The latest Gault&Millau selection confirms this once again: 10 restaurants on the ‘Haut-Plateau’ feature in the 2027 edition of the guide, offering a wide variety of cuisines and atmospheres, all different yet complementary.
Leading the way, L’Ours, driven by Franck Reynaud’s cuisine, retains its 18 points. LeMontBlanc gains a point to reach 17, while Le Partage also moves up by one point and now stands at 15. Byakko, meanwhile, joins the 2027 selection with 15 points.
Italian, Japanese and Levantine cuisine, Alpine-inspired dishes and flavours from further afield: Crans-Montana stands out for the sheer variety of its food scene. Over the course of a meal, meet passionate chefs and explore distinctive culinary worlds, with flavours that may well surprise you.
These distinctions reflect the vibrant culinary scene currently taking shape in Crans-Montana. On 20 September 2026, the first edition of Déli’Cima brought together several chefs from the destination for a shared gastronomic experience, with a menu inspired in part by mountain plants and paired with wines from the region.
