Nursery "Croc'Montagne" for visitors

Crans-Montana offers childcare facilities for children from 18 months to 6 years old at the Bibi nursery.

This nursery for visitors to the resort, which is designed to reflect the universe of Bibi, the famous Crans-Montana marmot mascot, offers children different indoor and outdoor entertainment, games and activities all led by professionals.

Called Croc'Montagne, this crèche is open all year round and offers parents the opportunity to care for their child in the same building as the library, the Scandia building.

• The tourist nursery is located in the Scandia building, under the library, next to the Crans chapel.
• The contact details form and identity card, which validate the registration in the same way as payment, must be sent by email to info@fondationfdc.ch no later than 72 hours before for weekend registrations and no later than 48 hours before for weekday registrations.
• In the case of full-day bookings, it is essential not to exceed five consecutive days. If the five days are reached, it is compulsory to wait two days before the next registration
• If you are late picking up your child, the nursery reserves the right to charge you for an extra afternoon

Reservations and cancellations

*A minimum of 3 children must be registered. If this requirement is not met 72 hours before the date, the reservation will be cancelled, and all payments will be fully refunded. List of public holidays.
**Refunds are processed by the Tourist Office within 10 working days.
