On Sunday 20 September 2026, Crans-Montana will host the first edition of Déli’Cima, a brand-new culinary experience bringing together eight iconic chefs from Crans-Montana. With one month to go until the event, preparations are gathering pace.
Last week, the chefs came together for a tasting. Tasting, adjusting, exchanging ideas and fine-tuning the pairings: the 10-course menu to be served on Sunday 20 September 2026 is taking shape.
To accompany this exclusive menu, Dylan Osterino will present a carefully selected range of wines, while Brice Martaud, Head Barman at the Crans Ambassador, will create an original cocktail and mocktail especially for Déli’Cima.
