Impasse Tsan de la Pîrra 12
3963 Crans-Montana
The historic winery was founded in 1985 by Mr Jean Louis and Mrs Nelly Robyr. They started with around 1000m² of vines and acquired new plots in the years that followed.
From the outset, they had the help of their children and then their sons-in-law. Twenty years later, the first grandchildren joined the team.
They had 11 grape varieties. In the cellar, they matured white, rosé and red wines, as well as a few vintages in barrels.
Since 2020, the winery has been managed by Michael Bonvin, a young winegrower from Crans Montana who will be graduating from Château neuf in June 2019.
Today, Cave Mont Bonvin cultivates 1 ha of vines between Miège and Flanthey. For quality reasons, our company uses almost no herbicides in the vineyards.
The company's objective is to stop using synthetic products and to move towards organic farming.
