In this portrait, Yannick Crepaux recalls how he arrived in Crans-Montana almost by chance, and how an immediate connection with the place convinced him to stay. His first glimpse of the mountains from lac Grenon marked the beginning of a story that has since become deeply intertwined with the destination.
As head chef of LeMontBlanc restaurant at LeCrans hotel, he draws inspiration each day from the natural world around him. Aromatic herbs, flowers, seasonal produce and ever-changing landscapes shape a thoughtful, respectful style of cooking, firmly rooted in its surroundings.
