A wine region

With 320 hectares of vineyards, Crans-Montana offers a picturesque landscape and unique local grape varieties, such as Humagne, Petite Arvine or Cornalin, which you can try in wine tasting sessions in winemakers’ typical wine cellars or in the region's wine bars.

There is also something for those who have a passion for history and historic buildings, thanks to the Château de Vaas, a charming centuries-old building which houses a permanent exhibition and wine bar dedicated to Cornalin and other local wines.

Every year, regional winegrowers are recognised for the quality of their wines, and are rewarded and recommended by guides and various organisations.
