Déli'Cima, un nouveau rendez-vous gastronomique à Crans-Montana

On 20 September 2026, Crans-Montana will host the first edition of Déli’Cima, a day entirely dedicated to gastronomy. The Orangerie at the Ycoor Gardens will be transformed into an exclusive culinary venue, where chefs and artisans will offer a unique experience combining gourmet discoveries, conviviality and elegance.

Conceived as a true gourmet menu prepared by 12 hands, Déli’Cima will bring together six iconic chefs from the destination: Franck Reynaud, Sylvain Stefanazzi Ogi, Félicien Christe, Emiliano Vignoni, Yannick Crepaux and Jhonny Setjo. Together, they will create a unique and exclusive menu, inspired by plants from our mountains, where each chef will present their creations as part of a refined and immersive dining experience.






The event will also showcase food and wine pairings, with a selection of local wines chosen to complement each dish, as well as highlighting the region’s produce and culinary expertise. Beyond the culinary experience, Déli’Cima will offer guests the privilege of watching the chefs at work, gaining an insight into their world and sharing a special moment with them in an atmosphere that is both intimate and warm and friendly

Enhanced by elegant decor, the Orangery, with its large glass archway, will host this gastronomic interlude in a dazzling setting. Outside, a lounge by the Ycoor Lake will invite guests to extend the experience in a relaxed and refined atmosphere, accompanied by background music.








With Déli’Cima, Crans-Montana reinforces its position as a gastronomic destination in its own right, and adds to its calendar with a new autumn event. Tickets will go on sale in the run-up to the event, with capacity deliberately limited to ensure a high-quality experience.

This event is part of a particularly vibrant culinary scene. Crans-Montana is home to 11 restaurants featured in the 2026 edition of Gault&Millau, with a combined total of 156 points, as well as two Michelin-starred establishments, L’Ours and LeMontBlanc. This recognition is a testament to the wealth, diversity and high standard of excellence in the destination’s gastronomic offering.

Déli’Cima is therefore a showcase for this expertise, offering a direct encounter between chefs, producers and visitors in the heart of the Valais region.
